TCU's First All-Panhellenic Meeting

The 11 Panhellenic Delegates smile before their speeches!

On Wednesday, August 29, TCU's Panhellenic Council hosted its first "All Panhellenic Meeting," where all Panhellenic women on campus attended an open Panhellenic meeting to learn what Panhellenic Council does. Each member of the Panhellenic Executive Council introduced herself and shared what she does as part of her position. Then, the chapters' Panhellenic Delegates told everyone a little bit about their chapter histories and events for the upcoming semester. It was a great way to build Panhellenic unity and give everyone a better idea of the how Panhellenic Council runs!

Welcoming Our New Angels!

The 2012 Texas Delta Pledge Class

On August 17, the Texas Delta chapter of Pi Beta Phi celebrated Bid Day, where bids were given to a new pledge class of Pi Phi Angels! After four days of recruitment, including a funny skit, great conversations, and plenty of pictures, a new pledge class of girls saw Pi Phi as home. On Bid Day, the potential new members received a bid card and their first Pi Phi shirt. All of the sororities gathered in the center of the TCU campus, and each sorority pledge class was introduced to the TCU community. All of the Pi Phi members celebrated by going to Putt-Putt and Games, a fun venue complete with go karts, miniature golf, bumper boats, and arcade games! It was a great way for the entire chapter to get to know the new members and celebrate a successful recruitment!
